The procedure for invoking Access Keys on different computers and browsers is:

Mozilla,
Netscape 6+

Windows Opera 7+ Shift + Esc, then AccessKey Opera generates its own AccessKey table on Shift + Esc
Windows Internet Explorer 6+ Alt + AccessKey then Enter IE has to focus the link, so fails for hidden links like drop-down menus
Mac OS X Safari,
Firefox,
OmniWeb 5+,
Camino,
Mozilla,
Netscape 6+
Ctrl + AccessKey
Mac OS X Opera 7+ Shift + Esc, then AccessKey keypad seems better for numeric AccessKeys
Mac OS X Internet Explorer 5.2
